Edwards Report Seeks Government Bailout

Press Release
September 25, 2008

In these financially perilous times, The Edwards Report is seeking a government bailout to bring back the website's credit liquidity.  A combination of college loan debt, failed investments in Air America, and a bar tab that would make Norm Peterson proud have caused our credit to freeze.  The Edwards Report is asking for a bailout in order to avoid catastrophic consequences among the producers of Maker's Mark, Macanudo cigars, beef jerky and Maxim magazine.  In fact, the producers of The Edwards Report themselves could face catastrophic consequences if their bookie is not paid off as well.  The website is asking that both Sens. Obama and McCain suspend their campaigns until this issue is addressed.
